"I suppose that decisive joint efforts of the authorities to fight extremist movements and ideologies will prevent growth of fear and frustration in the Norwegian society," the telegram reads.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and himself, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families and wished rapid recovery to the injured.
